Diversified Mining Services was established in 2008 as part of a strategy to build a company which is a major player in the Australian mining services industry. It has secured agreements to acquire a number of well-established and profitable businesses in the sector which have good management and solid growth prospects. DMS will initially provide services for maintenance and major upgrade projects with a focus on coal mining in Central Queensland and the Hunter Valley.
