Esna Louwrens is the Operations and Events Manager at Crook Publicity where she plays a key role in driving the continual growth of the company as well as successfully managing numerous corporate events. She ensures the smooth running of the organisation and her specialist and diverse skill base and comprehensive knowledge allows her to work on various business related projects.

She has managed various initiatives, from office fitouts to corporate events, taking them from basic planning stages to full execution. She interfaces easily with all sorts of diverse individuals and groups, realising that each has a role in bringing a project in on-time and on-budget.

Before joining Crook Publicity, Esna was a key player in setting up the head office of international company Global Ethanol Limited in Brisbane, as well as assisting the company with its IPO. Her previous employers also include Financial Lifestyle Management (UK), St. James's Place Partnership (formally known as J. Rothschild Assurance), a blue-chip investment bank in London where she worked for eight years managing financial dealings between clients and financial institutions.
