Theo Psaros is Chairman of Crook Publicity, having assumed the position in February 2007, and plays a key role in guiding the strategic growth of the business. His specialist skills and comprehensive knowledge of management and business development allow him to work with the Board on the structure of the company, as well as director development, business development and client relations.

Theo has an impressive list of management positions on his resume, including roles with some of Australia's biggest financial and sporting names. He is currently the Company Secretary/CFO of MetroCoal Limited, a Queensland coal exploration company. He was recently Chief Executive Officer of the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Championship. Prior to that, he spent almost eight years working for the Queensland Rugby Union where he rose to the position of Chief Executive Officer. A chartered accountant, he also worked for Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand for 10 years, specialising in business advisory services, valuations and other corporate finance transactions. Theo also has international experience, having worked in London for three years in a variety of finance roles.
